- Verification codes (stored securely and temporarily)

If you sync contacts:
- Contact names and phone numbers
- Hashed contact data for matching
D. Location Data
Precise location (with permission) for:
- Finding nearby courts
- Match coordination
- Discovery features
E. Device and Usage Data
- Device type, OS, app version

- Create and maintain your account
- Enable match coordination and communication
- Send notifications and verification messages
- Support contact-based discovery

No system is 100% secure.

If you delete your account, we delete your data except where required by law.

For users under 18, these rights may be exercised by a parent or legal guardian where required.

8. Children’s Privacy
SetPoint is intended for users 13 years of age and older.
We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the App. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it and terminate the account.
For users between 13 and 17 years old (“Minors”):
- Additional safeguards and restrictions may apply
- Certain features may be limited to promote safety
- We do not knowingly collect more data than necessary
