Welcome to SetPoint. By creating an account or joining the waitlist for the SetPoint mobile application (“App”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use SetPoint.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or joining the waitlist.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Upload or share copyrighted material without permission
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the App or its infrastructure
• Use SetPoint for commercial purposes without our written permission

We may remove content that violates these rules.

3. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the content you submit.
• By submitting content, you grant SetPoint a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use the content to operate and improve the App.
• You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload.

4. Location Services

SetPoint uses precise location data, with your permission, to power CourtFinder and improve matchmaking.

You may disable location access in your device settings, but certain features may not work properly.

5. Referral Program

• SetPoint may offer referral rewards, giveaways, or early-access benefits.
• You may receive a unique referral link when joining the waitlist.
• Eligible referrals must use your exact referral link or list your email as the referrer.
• Creating fake accounts, using bots, or abusing the referral system is strictly prohibited.
• SetPoint may modify or discontinue referral programs at any time.

6. Communications

• By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and product-related emails.
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Service Availability

SetPoint is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time.

• We are not liable for outages, data loss, or other damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or create safety risks.
• You may delete your account at any time through the App.

Upon deletion, we remove your personal data except where retention is legally required.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
